Please Any Ideas? My Face Is So Swollen And I Have Been Too Tired To Do Everyday Tasks?
For as long as I can remember my face has always randomly gotten swollen. Instead of an oval, which it usually is, it becomes really round and my eyes become like slits. It is not super severe but I definitely don’t like the way it looks. I used to just deal with it but for the past year it has been constantly swollen. I have only seen it go back to normal a few times and I don’t know what is going on. Also for the past year I have had extreme fatigue. It has been very debilitating and I used to get straight A’s but now my grades are really suffering. My social life is also suffering. I cannot get any answers about this. Truthfully I am most annoyed by my swollen face. If anyone has an idea what could be causing it I would love some feedback.
Also I do not drink ever and I have been to so many doctors, had blood-work and no one can tell me what is wrong. One doctor said that I have low adrenal function, so I have been taking cortisol, but it doesn’t explain the swelling.

This could be a hypothyroid condition, or maybe a side effect from too much cortisol. It would be a good idea to see an endocrinologist for a full blood panel to examine pituitary, thyroid, and adrenal functions.
